An immersive dance class blending many Caribbean music and dancing styles. This workout is enjoyable with tons of big movements and waist training or ‘gyration”! This class is led by a dance instructor and accompanied by popular Soca/Calypso/Reggae tunes. This class is a good work out but low intensity.
