Service Description

An exciting mix of dance, toning, and calisthenics, blending many Caribbean music and styles. This workout is enjoyable with tons of big movements and waist training or ‘gyration”! This class is led by an instructor and accompanied by popular Soca/Calypso/Reggae/Salsa/Raggaeton tunes. This class is a good work out of medium intensity.
