About the event
Let's reconnect with ourselves and lean into Mother Earth for grounding. La'Shawn will be regularly teaching an amazing yoga class including breath and meditation work out in our backyard! This course comes with a different energy and vibe and you want to be there! It's not your average yoga class and it's open to all levels of expertise.
